Customs Duties and tax fees.
When ordering and purchasing from the J.K.ARMY online store, the customers must comply with the International Importer laws and requirements of the country wherever the customers are receiving the ordered goods. The Sale orders might be charged the import duties / or tax fees by the local customs authority department for the customs clearance.
J.K.ARMY cannot control the import duties/tax fees and does not assume responsibility for the local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for all the customs and import duties and tax fees. If you have questions on import duties, please check with the local customs department to find out more before place an order.
If the package is seized and refused due to the customer refused to pay the customs fee/or duties fee, and consequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking of 20% of the total purchased price from the order. The remaining balance will be refunded back via PayPal Platform / Credit Card.
AIRSOFT DISCLAIMER & REFUND POLICY
Import of airsoft guns is prohibited in some countries, such as Mainland China, New Zealand, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Netherlands, and US Guam.
Customers must understand the local regulations and customs import regulations when purchasing airsoft products.
If the product you purchased cannot be imported locally or does not comply with local regulations. The order will be canceled and refunded with a 10% handling fee of the total item prices would be charged.
Warranty, Returns & Refunds
The warranty and return policy applies to any purchase made through jkarmy.com retail website. We offer a 5 days return warranty for factory defective items from the date of arrival at your shipping address. A 10% handling fee of the item price would be charged for any returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. You must contact our customer service before any action.
Changes and cancellations
You can change and cancel your order by sending email to us. However, the order cannot be changed or canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped. If you are unable to change or cancel item(s) and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds. In any cases of changes and cancellation, a 10% handling fee of the total item prices would be charged. Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped.
RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. We will not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection, or confiscated in any instance, we have no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will handle case by case and solve in an appropriate way.
