Shipping Service Suspended Announcement

E-Express / Air-mail Postal services to certain destinations countries are currently suspended, Only EMS Speed-post shipment is accepted by courier on listed destinations countries.

For those customers who placed an order from 27/3 with E-express service / Air-mail to listed countries, your order will be pending / delay (without further notice) until the shipping service was resumed by Hong Kong Post.

Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic situation is significantly increasing, Post offices all over the world are implementing special service measures in this critical situation, Speed Post of Air Registered Mail service may suspension in a certain regions.

You may consider using surface (sea) mail service with a weekly shipping schedule to these destinations instead.
