Safe Use of Air Guns
All Airsoft guns sold on this website (whether as-is, modified pursuant to your request, or otherwise) are compliant with the laws of Hong Kong, in particular, having its muzzle energy not exceeding 1.9 Joules. J.K.ARMY does not provide any modification services in above 1.9 Joules muzzle energy.

Compliance with Laws
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of airsoft guns and/or accessories in your jurisdiction.  We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your failure to comply with such laws and regulations.  Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim by you arising out of or relating to any transaction between you and J.K.ARMY, shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong Courts, under Hong Kong law.

Airsoft guns/ accessories should be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the misuse or improper handling of airsoft guns purchased from J.K.ARMY.  All airsoft guns/ accessories sold by J.K.ARMY are for airsoft gaming purposes only.
