This is not the type of gun that combines the typical front-sight (convex) and rear-sight (concave) shapes. Instead, the front sight has a pyramid-like triangle shape, and the rear sight's aperture is also a triangle shape that matches the front sight, with the opening becoming narrower as it goes up. This design is intended to facilitate the movement of aligning the front and rear sights with the target, as it directly translates the action of sighting the target to aligning the front and rear sights.
